• Wagering Requirement: Each deposit bonus carries a wagering requirement of between 15x and 30x, depending on the promotion type. For example, a RM 100 welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM 2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: All bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date they are credited. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not claim more than one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

6Account Termination & Disciplinary Measures

WJ33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, without being required to provide any explanation:

• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Fraud, forgery, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated for a legitimate reason (not due to a violation), any remaining balance in your account will be refunded within 14 working days. However, if the termination is the result of fraud or a breach of WJ33's Terms & Conditions, WJ33 reserves the right to withhold all funds remaining in that account.

Members who wish to close their own account may contact our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7Liability Limit & Disclaimer

WJ33 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by a member arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical failures beyond WJ33's control.
• Actions by third parties, including gaming software providers.
• A member's inability to access their account due to a forgotten password or login credentials.
• Game outcomes that do not favour the member, as all results are determined by a fair and random RNG.

WJ33's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member over the preceding 12 months, or RM 5,000, whichever is lower.

WJ33 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or interruptions. We make every effort to ensure 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee this unconditionally.

8Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These WJ33 Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws governing online gaming operations. Any dispute arising from the use of the WJ33 platform shall be resolved through the following process:
